Lucille Antonelli
June 15, 1924-February 24, 2010
Lucille Antonelli passed on peacefully on February 24th at the age of 85. She was the adored wife for 64 years of Frank Antonelli, beloved mother of Louis Antonelli (Mary), cherished Grandmother of Michael Antonelli (Ana) and Christopher Antonelli, and proud Great-Grandmother of Adrian Antonelli. Lucille leaves many other relatives and caring friends behind and will be dearly missed by all. She was a native of Chicago Illinois and moved to San Francisco after WWII to marry her sweetheart, Frank. She was the 8th of a family of 9, and the last surviving member. She will always be remembered by those who knew her well as a fun, feisty little woman, who was not afraid to express her opinion in a unique way.
Visitation for family and friends will begin at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 25th at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave. Daly City. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 26th at Immaculate Conception Church, 3255 Folsom St., San Francisco. A Committal will follow at Italian Cemetery, 540 F Street, Colma. Donations may be made to St. Anthony's Dining Room, 121 Golden Gate Ave., P.O. Box 39000, San Francisco, CA 94139-5719 in memory of Lucille Antonelli.
