FARNSWORTH, Raymond Willis – Age 72, passed away in San Jose on February 27, 2010. Raymond Willis Farnsworth, Sr., beloved Husband of Jerri Lynn and the late Marie Rose Farnsworth, loving Father of Donna Hanvey (Danny), Deborah Arshawsky, Ray Farnsworth (Cheryl), Charles Farnsworth and Ellisa Pope; adored Grandfather of Jacob and Tyler Arshawsky; beloved Son of Marian and the late Willis Farnsworth; loving Brother of Roberta Jarvis (the late Hayden) and Lewis Farnsworth (Carol); Brother in-law of Susan Meyer, Bob Jacobs, Tressa and Ralph Sullivan and Sal Lima. Ray is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. A native Californian, Ray retired after serving 31 years with the San Francisco Fire Department. With his caring nature and kind words, he touched the lives of those who knew him and he will be dearly missed by all. Family and friends may visit Thursday March 4th from 4-9pm with a service at 6:30pm at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave, Daly City. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday March 5th at 10:30am starting at Duggan's Serra Mortuary and proceeding to Hills of Eternity Memorial Park, 1301 El Camino Real, Colma. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
